I know this it is highly unlikely in this day and age of mass production and limited choices but I'm wondering if anyone has ever been able to special order a color combination from Honda. I'd like to have a 2012 CRV EX in white with black interior. I noticed that you can get it that way in Canada but not the USA. If you can't special order that combo, has anyone heard of a dealer swapping interiors in order to make a sale?

That's a nice color combo. I have that in my audi, but not just the seats, everything is black inside, well except headliner.

I don't think dealer can swap out all the interior trim, maybe just the seats...you can buy black seat covers if you want to go that route.

Black seats with tan interior just doesn't look right to me.

A complete interior swap between two vehicles would be too time consuming and a complete nightmare.

Just the time aspect would be one major issue. There is also the chance of breaking or scratching something in the process.

The cost of all this would have to be paid by someone...YOU.

That's too bad. I really like Hondas but some of their design choices are a bit dated...the color combos being one and the choice of using gathered leather interior being another.
