I dont know the specifics, but I do know that the 2011 CR-V (3rd Gen facelift) sports different wiring harnesses from the 3rd Gen prefacelift - especially if yours didnt have the Honda OEM HID headlamps in.
You can re-wire, but it'll be a massive ballache. Lockdown or no lockdown!
