Got no hair so can't pull it out LOL.
Just changed my older type 2007 headlamps with those of a 2011 model and after installing them discovered that the main beam are the high intensity bulb type. That means that the wiring requires to be changed because at the moment with the older headlight type plugs connected the main beams work but the dip beams do not.
There was an extra plug on the harness when they arrived (used) but as the wiring had been cut I have no way of connecting them to get the dip beams to work so temporarily I have left them unwired.
All I need to know is where the wires can be connected into the loom. The colours are Black (N)and Blue (P)./ The bulbs, including the high intensity ones all work because I have tested them.
Anyone any ideas or do I just disconnect them all and rewire from scratch after tracing the feeds?
Haynes manuals are CRAP!
