I have an issue with my 97 crv. The cooling fans are taking to long to start working. When the gauge is at 3/4, then the fans will start. I have replaced the fan swith and temp. Sensor and am sure the relays are working, what else can i do?

Sounds like it could be the thermostat not fully opening at the correct temp, this would cause the engine temp to run higher than normal and the fans would be slow to come on.

That covers the easy fix.....If you are confident the temp sensors are good, the only thing I can think of is a low flow issue. Such as a radiator restriction or the coolant pump is worn out. Maybe someone else will chime in with some wisdom.
