The latest TrueDelta Vehicle Reliability Survey results have been posted. These are for the year ending December 31, 2007. This forum has been very helpful by sticking a thread about this research.

For the 2002 Honda CR-V, we received an average of 4.4 months of data on 15 cars. This is a very small sample size, so the result is asterisked. The stat of 73 successful repair trips per 100 vehicles per year (0.7 per vehicle) is about average, maybe a little better, for a 2002 model.

For the 2007 Honda CR-V, we received an average of 6.9 months of data on 32 cars. The stat of 32 successful repair trips per 100 vehicles per year (0.3 per vehicle) is better than average for a 2007 model.

No result for the 2008 yet; need more participants for the current model year. We do already have results for some other 2008s, including the new Accord.

Everyone who has been helping out with this research, thank you. Those who aren't yet helping out, please consider doing so. We'd like to get rid of that asterisk and provide results for additional model years, but this is going to take more participants.
