Attached is part of the torque specs from the factory service manual. I would guess that those nuts would be the "damper nuts" listed under the front suspension. The manual says to use new nuts, so perhaps they're 'torque to yield' hardware? I'm not sure.

I asked a licensed mechanic friend what that nut is called and he said it's none of those. He says it's called the strut nut and he couldn't find any info on the proper torque spec for it. So I just tested it with my torque wrench starting at 30lbs and it clicked easily. So I moved up to 40lbs and it clicked no problem. Moved up to 50lbs and it clicked but with little bit of force. Tried 60lbs and it didn't click so I guessimate the torque is somewhere between 45lbs-50lbs. I torque mine to 50lbs but having the bracket stays straight while tightening it was a time consuming trial and error. The more expensive kit from Europe have better brackets that looks like it won't spin as you tighten the nut. But it would have cost about $110 CAD versus the $24 CAD for the cheaper kit.

Your tests would align with the damper nut specs listed above: 55 lb-ft.
Edit: Actually, I just looked at the diagram for removal and installation of the struts, and the table I posted above is indeed referring to the nuts in question. 75 nm/55 lb-ft

Thought this would be a nice add-on, ordered them from the eBay link provided by Rudyjr. Shipping took 2 weeks to the day. No provided instructions, didn't see any on the eBay page, but it is pretty straight forward, thanks to those who provided pictures. Very pleased with how they work.

Glad I could help. They are very easy to install. Nice cheap addition in my opinion.
