They want $1650 for a 10 year ( actually 7 seven years after the original 3 / 36k mile warranty. Is it worth it? Are their computer or relay problems in the future?

It's a personal decision, but if you're looking at a new car try Hyannis Honda - they do an online quote and it will save you some cash. Others may chime in with other good sites as well. All genuine Honda warranties.

Electronics generally fail early or not at all. If I thought I needed an extended warranty (it's really breakdown insurance with exclusions), I would buy something else. A friend of mine in his 70s bought a new car a few years ago and was talked into an extended warranty. He asked me if I thought it was a good idea. You should have seen the look on his face when I asked him how many times in his many years of driving he would have used an extended warranty and he said NONE.
