My 2010 Honda CR-V assessor power socket does not work and I want to check the fuse. I have removed a cover under the dashboard but unable to remove a fuse panel. Should I pull it hard to remove it to access the interior fuse box or there are screws there? Thank you for your help.

Why would you remove the whole fuse panel? Just remove the offending fuse, and replace. It is awkward to get to, but if you lay on the floor, with your legs and butt hanging out of the car, you can pull the fuse out with the fuse puller that is in the engine bay fuse box, or with a par of needle nose pliers.
