Air cooled seats. Gets hot here in the summer and I would have gotten an EX-L if that option was available. Without the cooling, I'm not a fan of the leather seats.

Power lift gate -- Couldn't get this without the leather interior.

Mini storage hammocks in the rear cargo area directly behind the wheel wells. Had this on my 2001 Odyssey and they were a very handy place to stow things.

A better sound system that doesnt sound like my old 1992 dx civic hatchback.
I got the EX-L and the sound is horrible. Its not even adequate. Just trash for a $32k car.

I was surprised it wasn't a little more high end. For me it wasn't such a big deal, but then again, anything would be better than my first car: AM single speaker radio in a 1965 Ford Galaxy 2dr fastback.

I wish my CR-V Touring had NO sun roof...what a waste! You can't order one without it.

I HATE sunroofs. I don't use them and hate the space they take up. Just sit in a LX and see how much more spacious it feels...that 2 inches or so does make a difference. I resigned myself to living with it in the 2017 but I was so stubborn when I bought my 2007 that I got the base model to avoid it. Had to give up a lot of features that I missed from my earlier Odyssey.

20. Nets/pockets or atleast hooks both sides rear cargo area-maybe you get this on touring?

You've got little fold-down hooks in the back. They're in that little cubby behind the wheel wells. Gotta know they're there to find them because you can't see them looking inside the hatch area. They are so useless because they're mounted kinda low to the cargo deck.

You can add a tap light inside the console storage and glove box. While I agree it would be nice to have a built in light, it is a cheap easy alternative!

I found a very thin USB rechargeable light bar on Ebay. It measures 6" x 1.25" x .5" thick and is the thinnest, less obtrusive one I could find. It has settings for auto (motion) activation as well as manual on and off. Comes with an adhesive magnetic mounting strip as well as USB cable. I'm going to order another one for the console area as it fits nicely on the underside of the console arm rest. For $7, it works well:
