So in the past, anytime i've upgraded the wheels on our Honda/Acura we just swap over the sensors from the existing wheels.

On the new CRV I know they have the indirect tpms version of monitoring, if i decided to go with a different wheel combo does anything else need to be done other than calibration?

Looking into a 19" wheel with new tires.

My plan is to sell the stock rims with tires, but trying to plan for all my costs.

2014 and newer use the wheel rotation sensors to determine if the tire pressure is low - so resetting the rotation timing is all you need to do whether you change to new tires or different rims.

I lookef up the diagnostic adjustment to go up in rim diameter but nothing referenced any sensors.
I thought i was losing my mind haha
