Install A OEM rear view cam (RCA) To the original crv navi. (2013 crv model)

Hey Guys, can anyone help me?

I want To install A aftermarket oem rear view cam To the original navi unit in the crv 2013 model.
The cam has A RCA connection. I can’t find Any adapter To plug iT in the navi unit.

Does anyone know how To make this work on the original wiring?
