I have read through some of the threads here is my issue, i notice it more at highway speeds when driving up a hill or slight incline on the highway the crv will feel under powered, pressing the gas pedal down is he only way to get it to shift gears to keep a steady speed. Is that the hesitation some of you have noted? Have you experienced this? Does it sound like a tsb?

That sounds more like the lack of power problem. The engine doesn't have enough torque to hold the gear because of the vehicle's weight and so it downshifts a couple times to get the RPM's into the sweet spot.
Try a passing manuever and you'll really notice it.

The hesitation is most noticeable when launching from a stop, such as crossing a busy intersection with oncoming traffic. The CRV will feel like it is stalling when you open the throttle, wait a second and then launch. The oncoming traffic will now be closing in on you so you may not realize what happened. Technically, the system has erroneously retarded the timing for some reason that escapes us all.
