My 98 is leaking oil pretty good from either the oil pan or front/rear main seal or ???. I'm considering purchase of a JDM motor to swap in after first putting a new clutch kit in it. The vehicle runs well, has 243,000 miles. All comments welcome concerning JDM suppliers, clutch recommendations (RockAuto??), or anything else. I'm an old shade tree mechanic and can do all this work myself, I'm just trying to get as much information up front to make good purchase decisions.
Thanks

With that kind of mileage on it, I'd seriously have to consider what shape the axle bearings and other parts of the car are in, before investing the time in a swap out.
RockAuto is good for clutch parts and other parts in general too. My brother has used them for numerous parts on his various cars without problem. I have no personal experience with them though. I have helped him install the parts he's bought though.
