I'm not a mechanically savy person but a garage sent me this photo of an apparent power steering fluid from the rack and said I need the rack replaced. I just don't see it. Wanted to get some opinions if I'm just missing something or is this a non issue?

I'm not good with photos. If nothing else, keep a close eye on your fluid level. If it's dropping replace the rack. That is typically how the fail (seals)..

As long as you keep tabs on the power steering fluid level, there is no immediate action required. just top up as required.

Buy Honda PS fluid from a dealer, or if aftermarket make sure it says "For Hondas"
