Lemon Laws are State specific, but you should also look at the Manufacturers Product Summary with regard to warranty.
Some states you must make 4 attempts to remedy the same problem without resolution. Not just taking it in and having dealership say nothing is wrong, that does not count as no repair was done. If you have 4 valid tries then you must notify the manufacturer, not the dealership, that you intent to file suit under the appropriate Lemon Law.Some states also have time related qualifications, like if the vehicle is out of service (for the problem) for more than 30 calendar days, then you may have a claim. File with the local BBB as it is handled by their Auto-Line.
