Maybe something is available in the after market. If not, they are available on the 2008 Accord EX-L (beautiful car...just bought one). Maybe they would fit in your V (just the mirror or maybe the whole visor). The wiring is hidden in the rod if you use the whole visor.

Is there some sort of replacement mirror that would fit in the existing visor that runs on batteries? I could see having some bright LEDs running on some button cells. You might eventually have to replace the button cells, but it seems way easier than running wiring to the visors.

I was surprised to find that the EX-L didn't have lighted mirrors. Actually, I'm finding that a lot of the EX-L features vary a bit to much for my tastes from model to model. And I'm basing my expectations on my wife's '04 Accord. I guess I should have taken a bit longer probing around the interior at the dealership.
