Very briefly the flashing D drive symptom has come up on many past Hondas; we once had it (maybe 2012) on an 06 Pilot. It was a very simple self-repair, as I recall less than $100; it involved removing two bolts, swapping the switch and crush washer, re-bolting. If you lose tranny fluid you need to top it off.

The tough part is identifying which specific pressure switch (located on the transaxle) needs replacing; I can't help you with that.
