Hi All,

I am looking for some help regarding a backup camera install in a 08 CR-V.
The more pictures, the better.
I will be installing a Boyo license frame type camera.

Thanks,
r.

Okay, so it looks like no one has installed one yet.
So, any ideas as to where to start my install?
I am fairly positive I can take the dash area apart.
But I need help getting the wire from the front to the rear.

Thanks guys,
r.

Rear Cam

I have that rear camera on my V,it works very well. Had mine installed at shop along with Head unit. I did not checkout the install except that it feeds up thru the grommet into the rear door harness and follows it up front i imagine. Will need some type of "fish" wire for this.

Okay, I just finished installing the backup camera frame.
It took about half the day. I went slow and took my time.
I still lost a couple of clips. Oh well, everything went back together fine.
Next up, the Avic z110.

Question for the wiring experts.
I need to tap a constant power lead in the driver's kick panel area.
I am installing an HD tuner.
Any idea where I can find a constant power lead?
It may be a yellow wire.

Thanks,

How's your install going?

I saw a DIY on the hondasuv forum. Search there, maybe something there will help'ya.

How's the install going for you? I am thinking about either the kenwood dnx9140 or pioneer z110bt. Did you research the 2 units?

Also, where did you get the faceplate for the z110bt from?
