I am changing the water pump and all belts on my 01 crv. Was putting everything back together and can’t get cylinder 1 to tdc. How can I correct this?

Plugs are out, had tdc set before I put the new timing belt on, rotated the engine with the new belt, and can’t get cam gears and tdc mark on the pulley to line up correctly

Got no 1 cylinder to tdc, intake and exhaust cams are only a tooth off, easier than I thought it would be!

I think the issue was lower down when I started to rotate the engine to tighten the belt, I had both cams locked. I believe it was at the crank gear, have it sorted out now, and am reinstalling the timing belt today
