The Mrs. has a 2007 EX 4WD that has about 45K miles on it. It's time for new tires and am considering the Mastercraft Touring LSR's. Anyone know anything about this tire and what is a good price for them. I live in the Southeast and the V is mainly a commuter car driven on the highway.

Mastercraft tires are manufactured by cooper tire company. I have owned cooper tires before, the cooper tires were always well made and exceeded my expectations. Mastercraft is just a lower price point cooper tire. Just like Lemans tires are lower price point Firestones.

We've got a set on our 2007 crv. There's a lot of posts out about them. Ours are at 30k and all is well. We use the car to commute over a 9000 foot pass a few times a week, so there's snow and ice. I have seen the cs-4s recently at pepboys for a reasonable price. I'd use either one, and I'm assuming the cs4's are as quiet and basically the same performance as the mastercrafts.
