He refunded me for the turbo. Its kinda hard finding a greddy/Trust T517z that is not close to the cost of the gt28rs. The turbo can be rebuilt so that not an issues. The shaft is still within tolerance, but it will need a new rebuild kit from turbolabofamerica which is 45-55 bucks for a DIY kit or send it to have them do the labor and rebalance it. They also gave the opinion of billet wheel upgrade to a 20g and turbine wheel upgrade to a tdo6sl2. Exhaust housing cracks seem to be a very common issue with TD04-TD06 internally wastegated turbos. A lot of complaints on the WRX and STI side. Hoping the gen X civic/ 2017 CRV doesn't have that issue also since it uses a Mitsubishi turbo also.

Speedometer Gauge Tachometer Vehicle Auto part
Speedometer Gauge Auto part Car Vehicle

Also looked into doing a gauge cluster swap middle is from a 03-05 civic ex, bottom is from a hybrid civic same year

Leading more towards the middle red one since it might be easier to keep all the functions

Here a pix of my turbo manifold. It needs a lot of porting since you can see the difference in amount of material between the gasket and the actual manifold itself
