I need help trying to procure this screw (left hand side of pic) underneath where the undercarriage meets the radiator support. Anyone happen to have the part number?

Just double check with the Parts Guy if this is the right bolt. From the diagram this is what you need

Might also want to check with the big box DIY stores to see if they have any stainless steel bolts that match length & pitch. Might be cheaper there than through a dealer.

In addition to Kazoo2U 's suggestion of Big Box DIY stores, you may consider removing the matching bolt and bring it with you to the retailer. This will allow you to match pitch, length and width. Typically, retailers will have a tool / guide for you to insert the matching bolt which give you the exact pitch and width. Related, car parts stores have the same tool / guide.
