Hi, I took delivery of a 2009 honda crv 2.0 automatic VTEC EX yesterday from a Honda Dealer
The car has done 73k miles has full honda history and comes with a 14 day money back promise and
1 year Honda warranty on major parts. It has just had a full service and MOT before being delivered
Due to lockdown in UK I didnt drive it before delivery but as I have the money back promise and warranty was not duly concerned, and I have had a Honda CRV before (2007)
The car drives beautifully and is very quiet when idle BUT when I accelerate there is a low noise like the
heater or air conditioning is on (when it isnt) and this is louder as you go through the gears.
Its not a deafening noise but its there and as soon as you slow down and stop at traffic lights its very quiet again.
I dont remember my previous Honda having this.
I have a mechanic checking the car over on Wednesday but as Honda 'specialists' I figure you would all know more
So my questions are 1) any ideas what it could be and 2) Is this something I should be worried about?
All help appreciated
