You can get the unheated wheel on eBay (often offered by dealers unloading the wheel from customers who had the heated wheel installed), or look up the part number and just order it (for more money.)

The heated wheel install instructions should do a fine job talking you through the procedure to remove and re-install the wheel (obviously just ignore all the steps relating to the heating bits)

Let me add, I just found a brand new leather wrapped wheel on eBay for $75.

Any idea if swapping the wheel itself is as easy as pulling the old one off, swapping the "guts" on the new one and reinstalling?
Looks like we were typing at the same time; just use the heated-wheel instructions and ignore the bits about all the new parts dealing with the heater. Instructions are available here: https://www.collegehillshonda.com/product/08U97-TLA-110.html

It looks like you'll need a wheel-puller for the removal (should be able to borrow one for free from your local auto parts store), and make sure you either use a new steering wheel bolt or use loctite on the current one.
