Dear Honda,
Our family has been a Honda family! So I was thrilled to buy a brand-new 2012 Honda CR-V less than 2 years ago. But it has been in the shop non-stop since we got it: Unable to start, I have had to find someone to give me a "jump" on several occasions… Embarrassing! No one could hear me on the bluetooth, hands free -- had to have a new microphone installed. There is an irritating rattle in the front dash. The dealership seems unable to find out why, or even acknowledge that the rattle is there. The problem is, we have to take it in several times before the problems are fixed -- what a waste of our time! A new car should be a delight -- not a time-consuming problem. We are very disappointed. And we are trading it in for something more dependable.

I thought I read here on the forums about a software update that helped keep the battery from going dead.

You don't give a location so it's hard to recommend another dealer and/or a shop that could help you out.
I agree, a new car shouldn't be a pain in the butt like yours seems to be.
