I can’t figure out what controls the temp of the rear heat vent. Is it driver setting, passenger setting or something else?

There are no controls for them at least in the ex trim, those vents are just connected to the same system as the front vents. What you can control is the opening and closing of them for rear seat passenger comfort. I hope that helps
