My ‘15 CRV steering feels stiff mainly at low speeds. Do any of you experience similar issues? It’s my understanding that the steering should get light at low/parking speed and should get stiffer at high speeds. I do not have EPS light on.

Hope the engine on! :)

Steering issues are definitely dealer visit time due to safety concern.

FWIW, older (or worn) tires take considerably more effort for the steering to turn.

My wife's minivan (not a Honda) suffers from a groaning hydraulic steering system whenever the tires are more that a few years old.

Best Practice is to do something that older drivers did before power steering became commonplace: always have the car rolling while you turn the wheel when parking...if you can.

This can easily happen with tire pressures being low. If they arent low enough/all equally as low it wont trigger a light. But it will cause the steering to be stiffer, especially in cold weather.
