No start when hot

I have a 1998 EX . She can sit for a week in the cold and she fires up in half a turn. When she is warm however, if I shut her off and go I to a store, come out 5 minutes later, she will crank and not fire. I will have to wait 15 to 20 minutes and she will fire up. I have replaced the coil and the fuel filter to no avail. I guess the next step is see if there is spark unless anyone knows this problem.

Check for spark when it's not firing up. It might be a bad Main relay. It could also be the Igniter.
My '91 Civic wagon had this issue. Turned out it was some relay or similar up under the dash, the repair was about $100 with part. Can't remember the part name.

Main Relay. The solder joints develop slight cracks over time, and the heat causes it to separate more, causing a no start when hot.
