I have a 2007 crv that will not start when temps are in the 30's. Engine cranks over fine but no start. When temps reach 40's vehicle starts fine. Sometimes a P0171 code will come up but can't find any vacuum leaks. When the temp is low and vehicle will not start i can spray starting fluid in the inlet tube and it will start fine. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix for it? Thanks for any Information.

Moved to year appropriate section.

The code suggests to me that you should have the fuel pressure checked. Perhaps your fuel pump is failing.
