Can you put three words starting with the C R V now to your Honda. Hearing all the downs and some ups here

C=
R=

I think in Britain it's called Compact Recreational Vehicle, whereas the Honda definition is used in USA.

"...what does CRV stand for..."

CRV is two less (alphabetically) than the 'original' CRX.

No, it does NOT stand for crappy resale value, having sold three CRV's in the past...

I don’t know,... Not convinced of any of these answers.

Riddle me this:
Why are C and R together “CR” as if a conjoined word, and the “V” is off on it’s own, separated by a hyphen “-“ ? “CR - V”

Coldhonda - it really does mean Comfortable Runabout Vehicle, with or without the hyphen. :)

Well....,Someone, made an executive decision to add a hyphen between the r+v, and the decision to NOT do the same between the c+r. Must be a reason and I can’t connect it to “ comfortable runabout vehicle “
Maybe you can ask your source of information about the hyphen ‘s becoming?

Well, I'm not sure about the combat part, but the Super Global Unlimited Task Squad has a tricked out 1st Gen CR-V that they refer to as the Bopper.

http://ultra.wikia.com/wiki/Bopper

And look very, very closely at the wheels. They only have 4 bolts. Which I believe makes it a 1996 Japan only model, as the US 1997 CR-Vs had 5 wheel bolts.

FYI it's somehow related to a Japanese TV show called Ultraman.
And I used to have a link to a larger picture of it, but can't locate it. :(

Oh, and Amazon used to sell a toy version of it: https://goo.gl/gW4qXQ
I found two of those for sale on eBay. :D

Here's the link to one that's used, with multiple pictures:
