Hello everyone!

So... I have an oil leak up top somewhere. I am wondering if it is the valve cover, but I thought I would ask this community in case there was a common leak that occurred up there.

2002 CRV

I will attach some pictures, but it is just on the drivers side, backside of the motor; kind of below the air filter. There is a bit of casting that is filling up with oil.

Any thoughts?

Brother, how is it going?

I had a lot of that oil leak issues on my CRV2002 that was wrongly diagnosed before, i had to learn from those mistakes, replace the head gasket, solenoid valves, luckily i found the solution before i was told to change my oil pan gasket,

Please try to have the vehicle jack-wash clean fully then check where the leak is coming from take a good photo with flash light, after cleaning check from top to bottom it easier to find the leak,
Dont jack-wash your car specially the engine area if it still hot, let it cool for a while

The usual suspect of that leak is from here but i don't want to assume yet till you trace where the leak is coming from
