Your MAP sensor looks like the attached picture, and I doubt this is the cause of your problem.
If you look at the second attached photo this is your MASS air flow sensor and is most likely the cause of your problem – Suggest you use one of these electrical spay cleaners, delete the fault code and see if it comes back – If it comes back you have two choose, either get an auto electrician to check it for you, or take a gable and fit a new part.
