We will need a lot more information than that to help. What year is your crv? Trim type? Automatic or Manual transmission?

What is the "problem" with the cylinder? You are going to have to go into a lot more detail than that if you want help.

Assuming that you are looking at the cylinder by looking at the spark plug
It might mean that the spark plug is not firing. So the plug remains wet.
Try swapping the coils? Wait, your engine doesn't have coil over plugs.
Check to see if you have a nice blue spark at the end of the spark plug wire?

Note: Also check the cylinders for compression

Good morning my crv is a 1998 petrol Manuel transmission. My electrician changed coil router and electronic module. From there the spark came back to normal but the problem is one of the chambers is always flooded we swapped the injectors to see if another chambers get flooded but still the same on the third one

If you say that you have a good spark from the distributor cap and all the way along each spark plug wire and down to the sparkplugs and sure that the plugs are set at the correct gap, then you need to look elsewhere for the problem.

Have you established if the liquid is gasoline or coolant?

Have you done a cylinder leak-down test?

Have you done the valve lash?
