Power lock problems

Hello. When I unlock my car with the key fob only the drivers door and rear passenger side door unlock. I have to manually unlock them myself. When locking with the fob all the doors beside the rear driver side door won't lock. What could be the problem.

On my 2001 CR-V there FOB does not work, when I unlock the drivers door with the key and using the dirt unlock I can unlock the other three doors, but locking only. locks the three other than the driver; ls good. Haven't got that figured out yet. In your case could be an actuator in the door itself.
This might be a stupid question but there's a actuator in each door right?
Yes, each door has an actuator. The most common problem is a failed actuator in the offending door. The next area to check is a broken wire in that door. My CRV had both issues in the driver’s door. Ensure that you order the correct model actuator as there are Japan and England versions. Japan versions VIN start with JH while English versions start with SH.

I'm having a related problem. Using the remote, all doors unlock, but sometimes the driver's door doesn't. I can see the lock tab/button is trying to come up, but something is stopping it, as if it's rubbing. What do you think about spraying a lubricant into it?
I think you need to find out what's causing it to bind.
