Premium Wheels; a dealer installed option?

I've just ordered a new CRV Touring. I ordered black wheels instead of the standard. My dealer tells me they are a dealer installed option... and backed that up with a healthy $ increase.

What's with that?

Cheaper to buy parts after you obtain the car, they will charge an insane amount for them PLUS keep your stock wheels then sell them to people as they damage them.

Get the car, pop on collegehillshonda, bernardi parts etc and get them there
