Do you mean the ones on the door panels or the ones in the middle on the seats? For the door ones you have to pull the door panels and then disassemble them off of that. For the center ones on the seats they hinge/pivot on a long bolt at the rear of the armrest. Pull that bolt to remove them. There are YouTube videos on both of these procedures, including how to re-cover them. You can get cover kits on Amazon or eBay. Way cheaper than replacing factory parts.
