I don't know which one goes where on a 2014, but the service manual for my 2010 says:

Note: Make sure that the caliper pins are installed correctly. Upper caliper pin A and lower caliper pin B are different. If these caliper pins are installed in the wrong location, it will cause vibration, uneven or rapid pad wear, and possibly uneven tire wear.

is that the one with the black rubbery tip? i usually stick that in the top slide pin hole of the caliper.
Yes the 2014 front brakes also have a rubber bushing on the top pin. The rear brake pins don't have any rubber bushings. But they have three flats ground into the top pins. I don't know why Honda can't just stamp T and B on the heads of the pins. Guess that makes too much sense.
