Depends how you drive and under what conditions. After grease fittings went away on suspension, my shop replaced it with silicone oil on all bushings. My impression is that most shops don't do that anymore (and we had HUGE complaints from people that we were still charging the lube component, they thought we should have lowered out price).

I too have a 2005 CR-V, and my mechanic told me yesterday that one of my bushings was starting to tear, but it wasn't a big deal right now; just something to check on the next time I go in for an oil change. I'm sitting at just under 95k.

Well my attitude would be replace them all if you're going to bother. In a shop, 3 hours, in your driveway, all day, maybe the next morning.
