I have spent countless hours trying to find a decent roof rack for My 2008 honda CR-V EX-L and I can't seem to find anything decent under 500 bucks I can get just rails for decently cheap but I would prefer a whole rack. has anyone found anything that works or have an idea where I could find an OEM one?

How about a junkyard? Then you could see how they mount, and collect the needed hardware, as well.

Does anybody with OEM roof rack for a roof top tent? My dealer couldn't find one that has a 165lb carrying capacity for my 2017 CRV EX, but I found it on College Honda's website. They are roof rails (P/N08L02-TLA-100) and Crossbars (P/N 08L04-TLA-100). Any info will be much appreciated.

The part number you listed for the crossbars is for a 2017-2021 CRV.
You stated you have a 2008 which I linked the OEM crossbars.
You don't need rails. The OEM and aftermarket crossbars I listed mount directly into the roof structure.
Also, the aftermarket crossbars I listed state they are good for 175lbs.

Perhaps I don't understand what you are looking for.
