My CRV just started making a rumbling sound in the back as I drive. The faster I go the louder it gets. Any ideas?

What year CR-V? How many miles? Has the noise come on suddenly or gradually?

Could be a rear wheel bearing (Gen2 bearings are known to fail), especially if the sound is louder during curves in one direction than another.

Another noise generator is the AWD driveshaft u-joints, not turn-dependent but most noticeable over 35 MPH.

Last to consider is feathered wear on the tires, stroke the front and rear tread in both directions, if it feels 'rougher' in one direction than the other this could be the noise. As the tires get 'older' the noise will increase gradually ('cause the rubber gets harder).
