Hi,

The rear left seat belt socket is suddenly missing. Does anyone know where I would be able to find a replacement ?

That looks correct to me. The one without the red button is part of the center seat belt. Reading the owners manual will explain how to properly use the center seat belt. Look at the roof to see the two buckles.

Did u just unclip the belt and retract it into the roof?

Honda reversed the left side clip bundle in their design. YIt is a design flaw. You cannot safely buckle three people in the rear without twisting and overlapping the belt. There is a class action lawsuit pending. All 2017-2019 CR-Vs are like this. Do not use all three belts at the same time. Unsafe!!!

Be aware that the center and left buckle in the back seat of the 2017 Honda CR-V are in reverse making it a 4-passenger vehicle

After conversations with Honda Motor Corporation we found that the 2017 Honda CR-V is really a 4-passenger instead of 5-passenger vehicle. Evidently this design was intentional.

Wow, never noticed this on our 2018 as we never have had 5 people in the vehicle.

What a screw up this is!
