I shot this photo with my cell phone. I have a good camera . . . . but it was home. With the upload quality limits it may not have made much difference. But, it looks good considering.
My real point of my post was to encourage others to post photos of their CRV wherever they are. They will be fun to look at. Your turn!

Just curious, why would you want to cut down the amount of illumination with tint? I have never seen that done before.
I’ve seen it done before and it’s stupid for the reasons you mention.
Lots of people do that where I'm from. Alberta.
Does make a vehicle look cool to be blacked out. But stupid for sure. Equivalent of wearing sunglasses at night lol
If I was in an accident for any reason with someone with such a setup I would be sure to take pictures and point it out to the cops. Illegal mods that reduce visibility of DRLs or brake lights would be an easy win for liability, and I doubt insurance companies like their customers to do this.
All that said, people will do it anyway and it's not the dumbest or most unsafe mod I've ever seen on a car.

No but I have put weather tech headlight film on to prevent UV damage. Also protects from rocks. Reasonable priced, use blow dryer to install, directions included.
