You'll just have peek under the antenna. Off-hand I think you are fine; I don't see any gasket or sealant at the edge of the assembly, which suggests its not supposed to be watertight. That might be reserved for whatever fastener is used to go through the roof.

Just in case clean the area with alcohol and Duct tape the seam back onto the car. That should keep any water out for a few days until you get it fixed.

Just as an update and for someone potentially searching in the future: after a bit of searching I found people talking about green 3m masking tape that is meant for autos. I got some at pep boys, cleaned the area, and then sealed the area with that tape until I can get it fixed.

Too funny, I damaged mine the other day too! Went to Honda to get a new antenna and the white is on back order... I used aluminum tape to seal it up. It won't leave any residue behind when I go to remove it.
