The -01'35" means what you're listening to is 1 min and 35 sec behind the live broadcast. To go back to live, press >> on the Skip button or press the Station Preset button for the station you're listening to.

When you power up the vehicle the audio system begins recording the 12 Sirius channels on your Station Preset buttons. It will record up to 60 min on the station you're listening to and 30 min on the other 11 stations. When the time limit is reached the oldest data is overwritten. When you power down the vehicle all the data is erased. When you first power up the vehicle you can't rewind right away as nothing has been recorded. To rewind press << on the Skip button.

There's a dedicated FF/RW screen you can access by pressing the Menu button at the top of the Sirius screen, then press the "Playback" button. There's also a "Play/Pause" button and a "Live" button but I never use any of these as too much hassle.

In your photo right below the 1'35" you'll see a horizontal blue bar with a circle on it. As the recording time increases, more of the blue bar lights up, extending from right to left. When 60 min has been recorded the bar is lit up its entire length.

The circle position indicates the amount of lag. As the lag increases, the circle moves along the bar to the left. In your case the amount of lag (1'35") equals the recording time as the blue bar is not lit up to the left of the circle.

You can also FF/RW by tapping the blue bar in different places where it's lit up but it's hard to do while driving. Much easier to use the Skip button.

If you answer the phone via the audio system, the Sirius channel you're listening to will pause and then resume where it left off when the call is completed. E.g. If the call lasts 5 min, the Sirius station will then lag 5 min behind live when it resumes.

Note that only Sirius channels are recorded, not AM or FM radio stations.

I forgot to mention why there can be a few minutes delay behind the live broadcast shown on the screen when a Sirius channel is selected with a station preset button. (e.g. -01'35")

It's because if a song is in progress when you select a station, the audio system will automatically skip back to the beginning of the song and play it from there. This only happens the first time you hear the song; if you subsequently select a second station and then go back to the first station and the same song is still playing it won't skip back again but will continue on as "Live". If you want to hear a song over again, press << on the Skip button.

The system won't do this when you first power up the vehicle as nothing has been recorded yet.

If you want to go "Live" on any preset station that shows a delay, simply press the preset button for that station a second time.
