I have beeb hearing almost squeaky type of noise when slightly turning the car to the left when moving forward. If I tap on the brakes it temporarily (very temporarily) goes away but comes right back. 2010 CRV 4 WD has 187000 miles. I am second owner and purchased it from CARMAX WITH 65000 Miles. Been a very good car. Thoughts on maybe differential fluid low? Is the fact the it goes away for a very short period of time after tapping on brakes. Front and back pad have about 15000 miles on them.

Not a diff fluid noise, that is a 'groan' and would have no relation to brake application. (Still, you should drain & fill that every 30K miles.)

Might be nothing more than binding brake pads (sticking sliders/tight pads). Are they OEM or aftermarket pads? (OEM comes with new noise shims on the back.) Do you live where road salt is applied?

If pads are loose and sliding pins are clean & lubed, maybe it just needs this:
