Hey guys, a friend of mine has a 2006 Honda CR-V and the oil control valve on the side of the engine was leaking. He replaced the o-ring but then snapped the bolt off flush with the block/head. That's the only bolt that holds that thing on. Any ideas on how we could repair it? It's in a pretty tight spot, but the only thing I can think of is to find a drill small enough and drill/extract the old bolt

Have to extract the old bolt.

Yeah, tough spot. Must remove the oil control solenoid and use a small drill or right angle drill
If you have a Dremel with a 225-01 Flex Shaft Attachment then use a small drill bit
Drill a small hole for the bolt extractor to be tapped in.
Then work it slowly to get the bolt out
