Sorry I can’t help you with the part number but I believe you are looking at the HID load angle sensor fitted on a Mk3 CRV 2008 EX model As far as I know you cannot purchase the arm separate so I would try a salvage yard.

I have nothing like that on my 2009 here in the US, so I can't help.

It's a UK / EU option for the HID headlights, not sure if you guys had this over the pond
