I just bought a Honda CRV 2018 EX. I understand is is not power tailgate but when I press the button on the fob, should it unlock the tailgate? When i press the button, the light flash twice but it doesn't unlock the tailgate.

Yes. I tried that. But nothing happen. I dont know if I need to do any setting or anything.

I'd take it to a dealer and ask them to try it.

I talked to my friend work at dealer and I got it now. Nothing wrong, I misunderstood the way it work. If I lock and stand far away, I cant open the tailgate. If I press the button on the fob, I can open it.
