hi all I have a question I've had timing belt done on put everthing back together and runs fine but got 1 small problem the small bung that goes goes in plastic case cover where cam belt tensioner bolt is forgot to put bung back in is there any easy way to refit the bung or dose the aux belts have to be removed to fit it.

I'm pretty sure you can reach the bung without removing the belts. I have an '98 and I'm double-checking a timing belt replacement right now to make sure it's correct. I removed the cruise control and driver's side motor mount to give me some additional space to work in. I was able to reach it by hand to remove it.
