Actually, Honda speedos like to read a hair faster than you're actually going. Larger tires will compensate. Had it been reading slower, larger tires would make it more inaccurate.
Unless you want to modify your suspension, I'd say 215/75/15 is the biggest you should go. Otherwise you risk rubbing.
